Greatly simplified lip-sync workflow for FUSE Character Creator models using SALSA with RandomEyes
Coming soon in the version 1.3.0 update of our Unity asset, the workflow for Mixamo FUSE models is hugely simplified. Automatic lip-sync can now be added to these highly-detailed models with one simple script. Previously the workflow to add lip-sync using SALSA required modification of the blend shapes in a progam like Blender or Maya. With the new workflow, the blendshapes are linked together in the appropriate amounts and are controlled by SALSA to create automatic lip-synchronization. It's now very simple and easy to implement.
For those of you that like to tinker, of course you can modify the automatic settings as desired in the custom inspector. This should be a welcome addition to anyone wanting to add easy, awesome, automated lip-sync to their FUSE models!
